Power Automate Flows is Ventra Rocket's consulting and implementation service for business process automation on the Microsoft Power Automate platform, serving enterprises already invested in Microsoft 365. Ventra Rocket has deployed 80+ automation flows across 15+ enterprise clients — including financial groups, manufacturing companies, and educational institutions.
Most organizations pay for Microsoft 365 but use only email and Office applications. Power Automate is included in their existing subscription yet goes largely untapped. Ventra Rocket helps clients maximize their Microsoft 365 investment by automating manual, repetitive workflows that consume hours of staff time every week.
The Challenge
Every organization has unique business processes — there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Many workflows require integrating on-premise legacy systems (ERP, HRMS) with cloud Microsoft 365 services, demanding custom connector design and careful data security handling.

SharePoint serves as an intermediate data store for documents and metadata with automatic versioning. Azure Logic Apps is used for flows requiring higher SLAs or that must run within the client's own Azure subscription. Dataverse provides a structured relational database for complex business data that requires relationships and enforced business rules.
